A.Dear Client,
As now you new that you haven't terminated by the information from HR.
You must continue on your position and at the same time take an appointment to talk to HR and describe every behaviour and situation created by your manager so that he would convey your and his true picture before higher authority and would help you against his misbehavior.

A.I would suggest to retain the copies of mail sent and received to & from the management or the manager. These mails will be required to be produced before the Court of Law if any untoward incident occurs.
Be confident & focus on your work so that the manager finds no ground to terminate you from work.
Don't worry until you receive any written notice or mail from the management or the manager. After you receive any such mail or notice, you may seek help of Vidhikarya. We are always here to help you seek remedy.

A.Hi,
If you haven't been fired from your job yet, you should keep working. Only after you've been fired can you pursue legal action. If you want, you can try to work out an amicable solution with the concerned manager.

If you find this answer helpful, please rate my answer. Thank You.

A.You should wait till you get any final communication form your employer and once you have the communication then only think of taking any action. You might not be terminated and if you are terminated then go for any legal action for wrongful termination.
