Notice period in Probation period Notice period in Probation period

I have joined a company on 31 May 2021. And due to some reasons resigned on 02 Jun 2021 on Immediate effect from the same.

Following is the clause in my appointment letter.

You will be on a probabtion period of 6 months from the date of your joining which may be extended at the the discretion of the Management. Your services in the firm may be confirmed in writing on successful completion of the probation period. During the period of your probation, You services can be terminated by either party by giving one month's notice in writingto the other party. However, the firm reserves the right to terminate your services without giving any notice in writing or otherwise to you during such probation period.

Can any action will be taken on me for immediate resignation?

A.You may have to look at the other clause where it might be mentioned that you will have to pay one month of salary if you resign like that. Just check and confirm.

A.Hi,
Your employer has two courses of action against you. First, they might ask you to serve for the one-month notice period. Second, they can ask you to exercise the buy-out clause if there was any included in the contract. If your reasons are urgent, then you should go for the second option.

A.Hi,
You will be responsible to serve your notice period at least. Alternatively, you may also go for a buy-out if the company has an option provided for it.

A.Company can ask you to pay 1 month notice pay.
You can expect a legal notice for that.
Other than that there is no action.
