Our 1st date of hearing is on 16 July 2018 after filing of charge sheet but till now we didn't received notice. If notice not rcvd by date and v will not appear then what next. Please suggest whether court can issue nbw or put up again for next date. Please suggest.

A.No there is no problem, Court will again issue notices/summons

A.Unless u receive summons, u don't have to appear.But once you receive summons, you have to appear on each and every date of hearing unless exempted from the court .it will be better to verify from cort concerned, if summons have been issues or not.

Thanks sir. But is their any chance that the other party will collude with the process server and put some negative report to file without even contacting me for summons.
