Can anyone tell me how can I legally seperate from my father and after seperating what to do if he is still interfaring in your life and making affecting your mental peace

A.Vaise to law me separate hone ka koi procedure nhi hai. But generally kuch steps liye jaate hai.
Jaise ki aap apne guardian ko legal notice send kar sakte hai. News paper me published kara sakte hai or superior authority ko application move kar sakte hai.
Ye sabhi documents apne pass rakhe.

A.Hi,
If you are an adult then you are already qualified to live independently. That does not mean that you are relinquishing your rights over the ancestral property as your claim as a Class I heir would subsist. However if you wish to, then it may be done so through a relinquishment deed.

A.Hi,
If you have attained the age of majority and can be responsible for your own decisions then you can already stay independently. No can force a adult individual to live together forcefully.

A.See if you are an adult then you can stay away from your father's house and he can not force you to stay with him. As far as property rights are concerned its your choice to either giver away your rights by relinquishing all the rights in the property or else if you wish to have your rights in the ancestral property then you can seek partition in the property.
