I have a bond with my employer , now i want to break the bond and ready to pay the bond breakage fee also but employer is not responding & releasing

A.Hello,
You cannot be compelled to continue to work with the employer if you don't want to. If your employer is not responding to your resignation and neither releasing you, you could send them a legal notice asking them to respond to your resignation. Also you could opt for alternative dispute resolution to negotiate with the company regarding reducing bond breakage fee and accept your resignation.

A.Hello,
1. The company may not sue you if you break the bond as it will not be successful in recovering any money from you through court order.
2 The company may send you a legal notice as part of their pressure tactics.
3. You should resign only if you are Sure of another secure job without your originals and a reliving letter.
4. Along with your Resignation letter ask the company to return your original certificate which are with them.
5 No employer can force you to work or continue to be with them.
6. First send a Resignation letter without any Notice period showing your personal reasons and in the letter ask them to return your Originals. Meet your boss in person and Submit the resignation
