Illegal termination

I was called for collecting of my pending payment of year April 2019 to March 2020and done forcefully full & final and asking resignation without giving notice period salary and my financial condition is very bad I can not afford court fees for legal fight please help.

A.During the lockdown many companies are resorting to forceful termination due to financial constraints. You can fight it out legally but suppose the company itself is not in a condition to fight the case due to financial condition then your efforts will go in vain so, first find out the condition of the company.
