Not received salary and Experience letter

I have given resignation and served notice period inspite of that not getting experience letter and two months pending salary

A.Hi,
If you are below the managerial level then you can file a suit for compensation as you are entitled to receive remuneration under Employment Compensation Act. If you are above the managerial level then it is better to refer your dispute to the State employment dispute resolution.

A.Hi,
You can refer your complaint to the Employment Dispute Redressal forum and request them to help you with your contention with your former employee. You can serve them with legal notice first demanding your pay.

A.first of all you can serve legal notice to your concern company and wait for his reply after this you can approach labour court for due salary
