A.Money dene ka aap ke pass evidence hai
Friend ko kanuni notice de usme sabhi baatao ka varnan kare. Paisa lotane ke liye specific time de. Kanuni notice ke baad bhi dhan vapish nhi hota hai. Court me money recovery ke liye case darj kare.

A.Hi
If friend ia denying to return your money back you could file a recovery suit against him in a court. In addition you can ask for interest as compensation from the court.. first send a oegal notice through a lawyer to return the money within 15 days, if he refuses to pay thej go ahead for filing the suit
Thanks

Send him a legal notice to demand your money back. If denied you could initiate legal proceedings against him under order 37 Rule 1 of CPC.
Thanks

A.Dear client,
Do you have any agreement or promissory note which was executed by your friend. If not it is hard to prove your self. First you have to send legal notice to your friend through an Advocate. Then you can file a case for recovery of money even he is living in abroad.

A.Send him a legal notice and then file a Money suit in a civil court to recover your money. In case you have you have any agreement or any promissory note from him to prove that he owes you the money then you can also file a summary suit under Order 37 Rule 1 of CPC. This is the fastest way to recover your money.
