Bought a plot and registration done in gram Panchayat area.its agriculture land with out NALA now it merged in municipality. The entire survey number of land is added prohibited property list as wakqf land. But it is orginal patta land.how can they can entire area it may a small portion of land
A.Find out the history of land and what was the status when you purchased the land. If it was free land then it can not be either given to or taken by wakf board. If you are able to trace the history then file a writ petition in the High Court against the Municipality making wakf a proforma party and fight the case by hiring a good High court lawyer.

A.Hi,
Assets owned by the Waqf Board "cannot be alienated/sold/purchased/mortgaged and transferred, etc," according to Section 51 of the Waqf Act. A part of the mosque's graveyard was 'converted,' and the tenants and other unlawful residents were given 'pattas.' It is difficult to convert it back to wafq land after it has been changed. I recommend that you submit your issue to the wakf board.

A.Hi,
The Waqf Act (Section 51) states that assets owned by the Waqf Board "cannot be alienated/sold/purchased/mortgaged and transferred, etc." A section of the mosque's graveyard was 'transformed' and distributed as 'pattas' to the tenants and other unauthorized inhabitants. Once it is converted to wafq land it is difficult to convert it. I would suggest you to take your problem to the wakf board and discuss this issue.
