Hello, you may review the contract that was handed to you at the time, as well as the duration of your appointment. The authorities cannot dismiss you from your employment without providing you enough notice. If it is done in that sequence, you can take the matter to a labour court or even sue the authorities for compensation.

Hi, you can look into the contract that was given to you at the time and the tenure for which your appointment was made. The authority cannot unilaterally strip you off your job without giving proper notice. If it is done in that order you can approach the labour court, or can even seek compensation from the authority.

You can send a representation to the appointment authority marking a copy to the Labour Commissioner. Post that you can either file a case with Administrative Tribunal for reinstatement or with the High Court after having a discussion with your lawyer.
