Seller forcing me to buy the road, what should I do? Seller forcing me to buy the road, what should I do?

I purchased a land of 8 cent form a seller who provided me 12 ft road on northside which was written in the document as ""12 ft Road Given By ME ON North Side"" .After that He provided another ""road 15 Ft in front of 12 ft road to the north side "" given to me . He asked me to buy the place of previous 12 Ft road. Is it necessary for me to buy that road place which was already written in my document. If I want to buy that road which was in my document what i have to do. The land owner /seller is trying to gave pressure to me if i am not going to buy that 12 ft road you will not have any way to go as all the other sides of the area are closed except north. Please tell me What I have to do. ?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to get sale deed and get it registered to legalize it. If you do not get it registered they will be so many issues later on. After getting such sale deed get entry of such sale deed in the encumbrance register maintained by Sub-Registrar office.

A.When somebody sells a plot for residence he has to ensure the right to easement and it is his duty to provide path to your plot. If he cannot do so then you can challenge him in the court of law even after buying the plot and he will have to provide the path free of cost.

A.Hi,
In this instance, you do not need to give in to the landowner's pressure and must make the agreement of your own free choice and consent. To add to this, is there something wrong with the land on the north side that you don't want to buy? Also, you are not obligated to acquire the extra 15 feet if you do not want to; just make sure it is altered before the agreement is recorded.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
You do not need to succumb to the pressure of the landowner in this case, and make the agreement out of your free will and consent. Adding to this is there something wrong with the north side of the land which is why you don't want to buy it? Also if you don't want to buy the extra 15 ft then you are not obliged to buy it, ensure that it is changed before the agreement is registered.
Thank you, kindly rate the answer.
