I find Capcha jobs and i apply then one day a message has come on my whatsapp and said that you to work for 7 days and we will pay you 28000 in a month. After that, they have an offer letter but i didn't accept that after viewing his review on the internet. There was no hard copy or physical sign on a document from myself. After that when I asked them that i am unable to do this work due to my health and personal issue, they start saying that you have to pay 5500/rs for Maintainance otherwise we will do legal action on you. Two days before I had received a type of notice on my WhatsApp number and asking for 16800/rs amount, sharing the message content. If I will not pay the amount, then will pull to court, I am a housewife also I have a small baby, it is not possible to pay such a big amount, even i didn't work for a single day.

Company "DK TECHNOLOGIES" has registered an FIR against you as you have not completed the work as per the terms and conditions and also not completed the work with 90% accuracy so the company has filed a case against you under BREACH OF CONTRACT. So you have to pay the utility and maintenance charges and also legal charges of AMOUNT (RS 16,800/-) to settle this matter out of court today or else as per court order we start with the legal proceedings at your registered address.

Police verification will be done at your address so now it is your decision to pay and avoid legal action throughout the court settlement or else you have to be present physically in court with your family member and LAWYER. At that time you have to pay a huge amount of company claims and COURT NOTICE in court with your LAWYER.

Note :- It is final intimation to pay and close file through out of court settlement and if you want to avoid legal action then reply as soon as possible and give the confirmation for account details (After clearance of this COURT matter you will be sent soft copy NOC letter at your registered mail id ( Non objection certificate ).

They are continuously threatening me, due to I am so depressed and helpless.

Please request you to please plzz pls help me out.

A.hese data entry fraud cases are done by those companies which are fake and and they themselves are fraud and harass simple and common boys and girls from villages and small towns. You must know how to save yourself from these type of fraudsters and protect yourself.
First of whenever you get a job offer of these kind from an unknown company to do data entry do not accept that job as mostly they are fake jobs.
Secondly before accepting ask them to send a job offer letter and the company profile and website.

A.From what you have mentioned it seems the notice is fraud and only provided with intention to extract money, no one can claim money for not accepting appointment at certain job and cannot even file FIR even if you had violated any contract it would be treated as civil case and would not involve FIR so do not fall to such trap. Anyhow you may reply to the notice vide a lawyer if you deem fit and ask them to provide copy of FIR if they have lodged any. Thank you.
If you have found the answer helpful than please provide review and give*****as appreciation.
