A.Hi,
The gratuity amount must be paid within 30 days of the employer receiving the application form. If the employer misses the deadline, he must pay the gratuity amount and simple interest which is incurred on it. However, you have made the delay, therefore you may not claim interest.

A.Hi,
As per the Payment of Gratuity Act, the interest on gratuity is payable only when, the employer fails to pay within 30 days from the date of application. Since, the delay was on your side, the employer is not liable to pay interest.

A.Aapko ye dekhna hoga ki kya department der se di gai grechuvati par interest deta hhai.Aapko aise advocate se contact karna hoga jo is parakar ke work ko handle karta hai.
Vaise jahan tak meri opinion hai aap interest ke liye claim kar sakte hai. Baki sab study karne ke baad hi pata chalega ki aap ko interest mil sakta hai ya nhi.
