Was Working with Reputed Listed Company till 18th June 2021, Officially resigned with 90 days Notice period even after a week not received Relieving letter, Company stating as per company policy Relieving letter / Service Letter will be provided with Full and Final Settlement. Which takes 45 days which as per me is wrong. This delays / denies me Other opportunities in Job Market.
Please Guide to get Relieving letter at the earliest

A.Hi,
Generally the company takes 45 days to settle the full and final settlement of payment and relieving letter. What you could do is to ask the company to provide you with relieving letter first and could do the final settlement in the 45 days. If they don't provide with the same within 45 days, you could send them a legal notice claiming the same.

You could try contacting them in person and ask them for providing the relieving letter asap as you have to join the other company and make the settlement in 45 days as they are saying.

A.Usually most of the companies have this policy that they provide the full and final settlement after 45 days and that's the practice across the industry so, the next hiring company will understand not trouble you unnecessarily. The last company would provide you the letters and required documents and only the keep the financial part for 45 days so, hope that all will he settled by the end of it.
