This is Regarding FarmHouse Tree Plantation, My Neighbour is planting Tree that go big and Roots potentially enter my boundary near fencing. Can I stop him from doing that. If any branches enter my fence whats rule regarding branches , fruits , Shadow that fall in my Area. He also build house with hardly 1 feet gap from Boundary thats causing Shadow on my plot. Please help me to tackle this nuisanctic neighbour

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint with the police against the neighbor for causing disturbance and nuisance to you. You can also send him a legal notice, and if he doesn't comply, then you can file for permanent injunction against the neighbor in the court.

A.Hi,
If you expect that the sapling will harm your property, then you can file a suit in the court for an permanent injunction against your neighbor. You can also approach the police and file complaint against the neighbor for creating nuisance.

A.You will have to file a suit for injunction and get the relief from the court against the plantation of these big root trees which can damage your boundary wall and plants in your area. The court will listen to your petition and pass the order accordingly.

A.Aap iske liye police me bhi complaint kar sakte hai. Or district magistrate ke yah par bhi case file kar sakte hai nuisance ke liye ki iske dawar lagae gae tree mere makan ko nukshan kar rahe hai jis se mere makano ko nukshan ho raha hai. Aap civil court me bhi tort ke antargat case file kar sakte hai. Please respond

A.Yes, if your property is expected to get any harm from the plantation of such particular type of tree you may seek injunction from the Civil Court having the jurisdiction. find out some studies from the internet for from the botanist that such type of tree branches or the roots may cause damages to the property, Wall, Soil etc and on that basis file the suit seeking mandatory injunction.
