How to obtain Obc non creamy layer certificate? How to obtain Obc non creamy layer certificate?

2 years ago

I belong to the OBC caste but my family income is around 9.5lakh (8.5 lakh from salary and 50k from agricultural land) and my dad is a grade B officer and my mother is a housewife. I want to know how can I obtain an OBC non-creamy layer certificate. Am I eligible for it?

A.Amongst other things, in order to obtain the certificate, you need -

1. Either of your parents must work as a B or C category official, however in your case you can apply if your source of income is not sufficient (salary must be under 8 lakhs);

2. If you're a son and your age is 18+, you can apply for yourself showing your source of income, applying with a notarial affidavit and stamp paper worth Rs. 20;

3. Showing evidences and get those signed with you and/or your parents or guardian;

4. Collect form and fill in duly.
