1.Is Visa type required for the determination of International worker for PF contribution? 2.What is the definition of PF wages for international workers? 3.Is there any minimum period to be considered for PF coverage? 4.Is Aadhaar is mandatory for UAN generation for IW? 5.Is there any restriction for EPS wages for IW?

A.Hi,
Every foreign worker employed with an establishment to whom the EPF applies must become a member of the provident fund (PF) from the first date of his/her employment. There is no minimum period of stay in India for activation of PF compliance. Visa will be required, and adhar is not mandatory.

A.Hi,
PF is available for any foreign worker working with an institution which is liable to contribute towards EPF. Yes, visa type would be required. There is no distinction between foreign workers and Indian workers for PF. No, foreign worker is required to register with EPF from the day he starts working. No, aadhar is not mandatory.

A.See PF is applicable for Indian workers and for International workers if you mean people working in other countries then there are separate rules for those countries where they are working . If you mean foreign nationals working in India who have got work permit then yes they are also covered as under PF rules if there organization is covered under EPF rules and laws.
