A.Dear Madam,
You may file a civil suit against her and if you are father is not alive then you can get your share of property and enjoy the same. You can also file domestic violence case against her.

A.Hi,
You can lodge a compliant with the nearest police station under the domestic violence act against your step mother. The magistrate hearing your case, on the basis of facts and merits of the case, if deemed fit may pass and protective and restraining order in your favor.

A.Hi,
Firstly, I would advice you to send a legal notice to your step mother, advising her to stop communicating with you otherwise you would proceed and file a case under domestic violence act. In case wherein she doesn't comply, you can approach the police and file a domestic violence complaint against your step mother. You will be given protective custody by the magistrate.
