A.Dear Sir,
The effect of “Bedakhal” is to disown someone from an estate. A public notice is required to be published in local newspapers to inform the public at large of the same. Do take note that a person cannot be disowned from ancestral property, however if your property is self-acquired, legal heirs can be disowned.

Registered release deed may be taken for more stronger.

A.Agar koi newspaper or stamp par likhar bedhakhli ki jaati hai. Vah eyes of law me savikar nhi kya jaa sakta hhai. But aamtor par aisa kiya jaata hai. Newspapers and satamp par likhkar bedakhal kiya jaata hai.
Vaise kisi ko apni property or relation se bedkhal karna ho to uske liye law me alg se ek procedure diya gya hai.
Iske liye aap ko civil court me ejectment ka suit file karna hota hai. Jisme opposite party apna jabab dakhil karti hai. Uske baad dono parties ki evidence aane ke baad agar court aapka case sahi paati hai tab case ko decided kar diya jaiga.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
Validity of bedakhali procedure in police station shall be not a concern since a huge portion of this issue will be under the invigilance of competent civil court.

A.Police cannot interfere in Civil case until and unless there is specific Order from a Civil Court directing the Police to provide necessary help for implementation of the Eviction Order. Therefore Bedhakhali procedure cannot be done through Police when there is no Order in this regard from the Civil Court of Law.

A.I do not think bedakhali is a valid procedure in India as per the law and there is no prescribed law which empowers a person to throw out another person (relative like son, daughter, wife, husband etc.) from home or joint property unless the person himself or herself wants to relinquish the property and move on.
