How to legally separate from independent parents How to legally separate from independent parents

I am 27 years old girl. My parents are self dependent and have enough sources to lead a good life even if they can't earn. Also I have 3 sisters and 1 brother who can ofcourse take care of them.
We have this social issues and they all are too much bound by the social rules. I just hate it.
As per them samaj is everything and you should act as per thinking of people and as per your happiness.
These kind of 1000 things are there. They want me tp get married but I don't want to. They are threatening me that they will wed me without my permission and I will not be able to do anything.
Can I stop belong to that particular caste? How can I just stop belong to my family too

A.Hi,
You can do it since there is no legal impediment in this area. You are only needed to sign a relinquish deed and give them. You are an adult, hence free to snap your ties with your parents. Regarding properties, the relinquishment deed is where you have to give declaration by executing release deed whereby you declare that you don't want any share in the property.

A.Hi,
On attainment of the age of majority, a person is not bound to follow the dictates of his parents. You can simply sign an affidavit that you don't want any share in the ancestral property to make your conviction stronger and can already start living away. There is no hard or fast rule regarding it.

A.Since you are an adult hence you are free to choose a life for yourself and also a partner for yourself. Nobody can force you to marry somebody. There is no specific law to break ties with your family and declare yourself separate from them but if you are earning then you can establish a separate home for yourself and live away from them and marry as per your choice. If anyone forces you to do anything or physically tortures you then you can complain to police.
