I have question about dual employment rule in india
In government organization for sure you cannot have dual employment as that is completely prohibited and for private job they make a specific condition in their offer letter that you cannot have two jobs simultaneously. So, this is the way it works.
Section 60 of The Factories Act 1948 talks about dual employment where No adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in any factory on any day on which he has already been working in any other factory, save in such circumstances as may be prescribed.
Factories that are not administered under this act may have to entail other provisions like stipulating these conditions in their employment agreement.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
For better understanding, we can always refer to section 60 of The Factories Act 1948 which is as follow
'No adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in any factory on any day on which he has already been working in any other factory, save in such circumstances as may be prescribed. "60. Restriction on double employment.—No adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in any factory on any day on which he has already been working in any other factory, save in such circumstances as may be prescribed'
However, this rule shall be applicable to only those institution which falls within the ambit of this act. Other institutions may prefer stipulating such terms and conditions in their employment agreements or anything of the same nature.

It is not recognized in India unless you are working as part time employee. Alternatively you may seek permission of your employers and get consent from them and continue dual employment.
