My mom and my brother tortures me My mom and my brother tortures me

My mom tortures me a lot. She is only concerned towards her son and my dad doesn’t really care what’s happening in the house, my parents aren’t on good terms they keep fighting and my brother uses slangs knowing my mother won’t say anything to him and when I say something in return he hits me and my mother always supports him, she even lied to everyone about these fights and wants to prove to everyone in our family that I’m psycho, I’m suffering from these things since years she blackmails me about not giving me money or food

A.Dear Madam,
First stand on your legs financially then start to reside separately in PG center or with your friends thus you can avoid your mother and brother permanently. There is no law which protect on day to day basis.

A.If you are being physically abused then you can report this either to police or to the Protection Officer under the Domestic Violence Act and get yourself protected from them. If more like mental torture and you are an adult and working then you can think of moving out of home and taking control of your life by setting up a separate home for yourself.

A.Aapko superior authority se contact karna hoga. Jaise senior police officer.
Aap police station me bhi complaint file kar sakte hai.
Aap domestic violence act ke antargat bhi complaint file kar sakte hai. But sabse pahle aap ko aaps me bethkar baat karni chahiye.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint in the nearest police station; the police will record everything you will tell them. The police will be aware of the torture you are facing; they will have all the evidence and records essential for future proceedings. Alternatively, the DV act has district kiosks set up to receive complaints. You can each out to one of the district protection officers.

A.Hi,
As per your narration, the situation seems very harsh. You can file a police complaint and or get in touch with one of the district protection officers under the DV Act and register a complaint.
