A.Dear Sir,
The issue itself illegal and you are not suppose to give money to get a Government job. Legally you have no right to claim such amount however you can lodge a complaint saying that he cheated you but you cannot file a civil suit on such illegal transaction for recovery of such amount.

A.Hi,
You should lodge a complaint at your nearest police station for cheating u/S 415 and breach of trust u/S 409 IPC. You can either submit the complaint through email or letter. However, considering how he is your friend, you can also try alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to get back your money.

A.Hi,
If you have his contact address, then you can send him a legal notice citing that he should either return the money or get the job. However, even despite this, if he does not reciprocate satisfactorily, then you can file a police complaint against him u/S 415 IPC.

A.To give and take bribe both are illegal and if you gave him money to get a government job through illegal means then you can just forget everything. IF you had given money for helping you out with anything else then you can send him a legal notice to recover your money legally.

A.Issue legal notice to your friend through a lawyer giving 15 days time and if he doesn't return the money or does not reply the notice than you shall approach a lawyer and file money recovery suit and/or fraud/cheating case against your friend or otherwise try if you can lodge FIR or atleast an N.C. against your friend at near police station u/S420 of IPC, 1860. Thank you.
