After publishing in newspaper and making of affidavit from advocate, if son is ready to live outside the home but daughter in law is not ready to live outside and continuously quarrel & fight with in laws but she is pregnant however she is on govt .job then what to do to expel her from home .

A.Hi,
You might try to persuade your daughter-in-law by respectfully asking her to live with her husband. If you're always fighting with your in-laws, you can request partition and allow them live their own lives. It's essential to approach the matter with caution so that she doesn't believe the inlaws have been harsh or mistreated her.

A.Hi,
You can try to convince your daughter-in-law and ask her to politely live with her husband. If there is constant stuggle with the in-laws you can also ask for partition and let them live their separate ways. It is best to handle the situation careful manner so that she does not feel that there was mistreatment or cruelty on the part of the inlaws

A.Dear Sir,
If you are Senior Citizens and house is your own then you can approach office of Assistant Commissioner (RDO) and under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act you can expel her from your house. Otherwise you may file a suit for eviction against her.
