Visa and harassment by the boy family

I recently got engaged to a guy and after two months the family started dowry harassment, religion change, and boy job is not permanent so we called off the wedding. Now the boy family wrongfully filed a complaint against us on sections 448 and 506. I am planning to go abroad for higher studied will this affect my visa process. We also filed a complaint against them on dowry harrasment and cheating

A.Hi,
Since you have already applied for higher education abroad then you may not be able to leave the country without getting a clean police clearance certificate. You can file a quash petition under S.482 of CrPC before the High Court or for a fast track resolution of the matter you may consider mediation.

A.Hi,
You may not be able to leave the country during the pendency of the complaint. You can file a reciprocatory complaint u/S 153 of CrPC or file a suit u/S 482 CrPC before the HC for quashing of the FIR.

A.Dear Madam,
Immediately approach High Court and get a stay and later get quash such FIR registered on you because it is a very weak case. On the other hand get your complaint registered as FIR and teach him a lesson.

A.Yes aap ke effect ho sakta hai. .kyonki sabhi cheej dekhi jaati hai. Koi criminal history nhi honi chahiye. Aap isko quesh karane ke liye high court writ dakhil kare..agar aap ki FIR quesh ho jaati hai. Tab aap ko koi problems nhi hogi.
