A.Dear Sir,
If FIR is closed it deems that you have not involved in any criminal case. Police Clearance Certificate will be issued to your get Government job. Be careful in future so that your name not appears in any police records.

A.Hi,
Disqualification for the government job will take place only if you have a criminal record, but in this case if you attempt to contest the case by pleading innocence then subsequently you will have a clean record if acquitted.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.Hi,
The government jobs usually have a high criterion of a clean record. If you plead guilty then you will be reprimanded. Instead you can contest the case with the help of a lawyer and take chances to get a no-conviction.

A.If you accept that you are guilty then you will be pronounced as convicted and in most of the government jobs they have a criterion that a convicted person cannot be eligible to join. So you will have to see the job that you will be applying for whether they have that selection criterion or not.
