A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and paper publication and intimation to the Police. Thus, you can stay anywhere since you attained age of majority. You may swear on an affidavit about this fact that you have taken this decision voluntarily without force and share the same with your parents and concerned police.

A.Hi there
The Indian legal system and legislation are distinct from those of Western countries. Despite the fact that a person is considered an adult in India due to majority laws, there is no option for legal separation from family. Even if the parents evict the child from their house, there is no legal concept of disowning an adult child in India. When it comes to self-acquired property, parents may leave a child out of the will and disinherit him.

A.Hi,
The india system and the indian laws are different from that of laws of western countries. Here, although a person is regarded as an adult by the virtue of majority laws in India, there is no provision for legal separation from family. In India, there is no legal idea of disowning an adult kid, even if the parents expel the child from their home. In the case of self-acquired property, the parents might cut a kid out of the will and disinherit him.
