Remove of shoes rack from the floor

My neighbours keeping shoes rack on the floor using society lobby for their personal shoes rack in front of my door and not ready to remove because of shoes rack I m getting negative energy at my house society is not taking action can I file the case on society and neighbours
A.It is private nuisance and you are entitled to get it vacated. issue notice to people concerned making Society 2nd party. If they don`t react and remove it, claim damages in a civil court. Also lodge a police complaint alleging their act as intentional.

A.Issue a legal notice to your neighbour then he will definitely remove the same.
