Subject : Requirement of succession / probate certificate or Suitable Applicable Document I Mr. Anthony Manuel Dourado, Age 64 and resident of Mumbai, seek a succession or a probate or suitable Applicable Doc., based on the following case My, Father: Mr. Joao Baptista Dourado. And Mother: Maria Estela Dourado, have expired My Elder Brother James Dourado and Younger Brother Agnelo Dourado have expired. Both my brothers, James and Agnelo were Bachelors and Unmarried. I am the sole surviving member of the family, I am married with a Wife, Mrs. Arlene Dourado, My Son, Mr, Altinho Dourado And Daughter, Miss Annalita Maria Dourado. My father Mr. Joao Baptista Dourado had made a Will before his death Distributing his Immovable property as follows: The Residential Property, At Mumbai (Rented home – Pagdi rented type in the Name of Anthony Dourado (Myself) (The Landlord for this Property Mr. Nunis, who Issues me the rental payment receipt in my Name : Anthony Manuel Dourado) And a residential property located in Goa . surrounded by a small land in the Name of my brother James Dourado. (who has expired , as stated herein) I understand that my Father had a bank Account in Goa. I also understand that My Brothers James Dourado and Agnello Dourado had Bank account and Fixed deposits in their names. At Banks in Mumbai I would like to legally inherit these movable and immovable properties.
