Place of meeting kids in visitation rights petition

In May 2021, applicant husband filed application of visitation rights for meeting both kids before Mumbai family court. In July 2021, respondent wife is transferred from Mumbai to Pune . Currently kids are with wife .
Then at which place will family court allow petitioner husband to meet kids, whether at Mumbai or at Pune ? Please guide in detail

A.Hi,
The decision will be based on the parties' mutual consent as well as a stipulation in the divorce agreement. In most situations, however, if the kid is with the mother, the father is granted the order to travel to the child's location.

The decision will depend on the mutual agreement between the parties and the clause in the divorce agreement. In most cases however, it is the father who is given the direction to travel to the place of the child if the child is with the mother.

A.Dear Madam,
The present place of residence will be chosen as visiting place. You must produce evidence before the Court saying that your children shifted to Pune permanently since you have been transferred to Pune. Even case can be transferred to the Pune Court.

A.Dear Concerned,
As case has been filed and initiated at mumbai jurisdiction and further visitation application has been filed at mumbai, hence this court has right to pass order as per husband's choice of meeting with children , on request by filing petition to inform about transfer of his wife at Pune. Hence, husband must inform to court that his wife jobis now at pume.
