Without any notice I was removed from a very responsible post of Principal ?

I worked as Principal in a private school for nearly 4 months and all of sudden owner of school appointed an inefficient lady as Academic director and told me she will give orders you have to follow then after some days lady was made Principal and owner told told me that you are now vice principal, I objected then he told you will have to report her and what ever work she say you have to do ,after some days he removed me.How I will get my Job as Principal back ??
