Fake gold received in auction
I took part in gold auction in a reputed finance company and got some gold for Rs. 1,50,000/-. At time of receiving gold, I also signed document stating I have checked the gold and happy with it and that company is not liable for anything once I take possession of gold.
However, once I paid and took possession and got it checked, gold came out to be fake. It has been two weeks and final information I received from firm is that "We are not liable for it as you signed the document and also submit formal apology for defaming the company by frivolous complaints". That was all my savings and I don't know what way to take to get some action done on my complaint.
Is there any way I can get my money back?

You can give a police complaint. They will file chare sheet in court after the investigation. According to section 420 of IPC, those who have committed the offence of cheating shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

You can approach the court. Since you have signed the agreement stating that you have received the gold as per the promise of the company, they can use that as a proof against you. You have to give a police complaint and they will investigate the case and file charge sheet in the court.
