A.Hi,
Yes, a property is not limiting, and a person is not prohibited from owning a certain property merely because of his or her religious beliefs. Some people are averse to selling their property to persons of different faiths. You won't be able to purchase the land in such a case. Otherwise, there is no legal stumbling block. Just be certain there are no legal encumbrances.
Thank you. Kindly rate the answer.

A.Hi,
Yes, a property is not restrictive, and if a person is not restricted from owning a particular property solely because of the fact that a person is of a particular religion. There are some people who do not want to sell their property to people with other religions. In that instance, you won't be able to buy that land. Otherwise, there is no legal barrier. Just be sure of legal encumbrances before you buy a property.
Thank you.

A.Yes you can purchase that property until and unless that is Wakf Property. However, please take note that Muslim Law of inheritance is quite different than Hindu Law so it is necessary to scrutinize the title of the present Owners not only through the property searching but also after thorough legal studies of their inheritance in respect of that property.
