Flat association problem

I am an owner of 1 flat in my apartment. My bedroom wall has crack outside through which water comes inside when raining.. I wanted to fill the crack to avoid damage to my house but my association secretary is not giving permission

A.forget abt permission and repairing yourself and paying for it.
That association secretary is bound to repair it from society funds.
Issue a formal letter and take acknowledgement.
If still not done anything by society then issue legal notice.

A.Hi,
You can jointly seek your apartment association for approval by explaining that it is your own property and that renovation and wear and tear will be the responsibility of you, not the authorities.

You can jointly ask your flat association to give you permission by stating that it is your personal property and that renovation of the same and take care of the wear and tear will be dependent on you and not the authority.

A.For carrying renovation within your flat you donot require any permission from society or their official like secretary etc. Firstly report the matter pointing that such seepage may damage your flat and building and ask secretary to get the same repaired. You can also report to municipal department of area pointing the danger to building endangering the life of people.
