Respected advocate,
Plaintiff : state bank of india (coimbatore)
Defendant : father
The case was regarding a loan and the case was over in due period of time.
The documents was handed over to us in 2006 by sbi bank.
Is it possible whether I can get a judgement extract for the case 1601/1999..

A.Yes,u apply for certified copy of judgement in case no.1601/1999 and mention date of judgement and after deposit of necessary court fee,u will get copy of judgement

A.Apply for certified copy from the concern court.
