Sir,
I staying in a 5 floor building, I residing at 4th floor, But since I came on mentioned place , there is water dripping from middle beam since last 5 years.
Now situation is danger beam can fall anytime . I explained many times to upper resident but he is not listening, what should I do if any casualty happens.

A.Respected sir u can approach to the court for given direction to upper resident to do necessary arrangement for your safity

A.Dear Sir,
You may get a mandatory injunction from Civil Court. In the meanwhile you may lodge complaints with local authorities, apartment society management if any and also with Deputy Registrar of Housing Cooperative Department of your State.
