Can private company/partnership firm take an investment from individual to start business through telecalling ? Is it legal or illegal ? If it is illegal then what action could be taken against such company ?
A.Hi,
There is no restriction to accept investment unless until you are not allowed to do the same by any law for the time being in force. You have to make an agreement and in case of any discrepancies, that shall be referred.

A.Hi,
There should be a written agreement for the same between the company and the private party mentioning the terms and conditions. He is entitled for the profit percentage or any interest upon the money he invested.
