Employer delaying giving relieving letter Employer delaying giving relieving letter

Hi,
I have served 1 month of notice period as per offer letter but in my last working day my employer is delaying giving my relieving letter. He also has the habbit of not giving salary slips on time. He gives salary slips very late and that too after lots of push and that too he gives salary slips but does not give latest 3 months slips. What should I do in this matter as I have to show the relieving letter to my future organisations.

A.Dear Sir,

Kindly talk to the above authority who is senior to your boss and discuss about the issues you are facing regarding the relieving letter and also about the salary slips. You can mail this issue to the above higher authority. Salary slips can also be taken from the HR department, if there is a department in your office or to the Finance Department. In case, no one listens your issues then only you can serve the legal notice to the employer.

Kindly rate us if like the response.

A.Hi,
Serve a legal notice to the employer demanding that he issue your relieving letter immediately, failing which you are at liberty to issue appropriate legal action. Sending the legal notice should resolve the issue.

A.Hi,
You can request your employer to immediately issue the relieving letter. If he does not obliges, send him a legal notice demanding that he immediately issue the relieving letter along with salary slips. If he doesn't comply, initiate legal action.
