I Got A Show Cause Notice From Passport Office

I Submitted My Passport File On 23/06/2021 . During Police Verification, Police Found There Is Criminal Case Against Me Case Number 195 Date 11 October 2020 Section 341 ,323, 504, 506, 379, 354A, 34 of IPC Case Is Under Investigation.
I Have No Idea Of This Case Before Applying Passport.
Passport Office Issued A Show Cause Notice To Furnish A Proper Explanation Regarding The Circumstances Under Which You Had Suppressed The Material Information IN your Passport Application.
What To Do Next ? Please Guide Me.
Whenever there is a show cause it is always a rule to submit the proper reply to such showcase. You also need to appear before the said authority, avoiding it isn't a good idea.
Whatever is your clarification, get it drafted as a reply by an advocate, and submit . Do mention every detail, about how you were unaware of the case.
If found satisfactory, the authority will take steps in your favour.

You should submit a written reply for the show cause notice issued by Passport dept. and wherein duly explain about the question for which show cause notice has been issued with stating reason and explanation that you do not have the idea of the case and you have never received the summons or court notice regarding the case and this case is pending as per this show cUse notice or police verification. Also if there is date to appear before concerned authority then be appear and submit your explanation. Thereafter , If authority finds the explanation satisfactory, they will proceed for further needful process for passport issue.

you can respond to the show cause by drafting a legal notification (rejoinder) stating that criminal acts were carried out on your behalf. It's a good idea to consult a lawyer about drafting a formal reply to the show cause.
