Hospital performing surgeries without any valid registration Hospital performing surgeries without any valid registration

For medical insurance, I've asked my hospital to provide their registration number or ID, however, I was quiet shocked to hear that they do not have license or they did not renewed it but they are performing medical surgeries 24/7, and a multistory hospital. Can I actually do anything about this shameless act?

A.Dear Sir,
You have several options and you can get huge compensation from them. First lodge a complaint with the Police. Secondly send complaint to Medical Council of India. Thirdly, you make it viral on social network and approach consumer Court claiming compensation.

A.Dear Sir,

You may kindly report the matter to the concerned authority or medical association in respect of the performed surgeries they have performed or are performing. You can also give written complaint against the hospital in respect of that. If in case police does not take any action against them, then, also you have the option to get the registered FIR by the court.

A.Hi,
Yes, you may; practising medicine without a licence can place a doctor in jail, as well as in the crosshairs of a lawsuit if a patient is hurt. A proper registration is required for every surgeon practising in the United States. For a place to be utilised as a hospital, it requires a one-time registration. The state government that passed this legislation is responsible for the registration procedure. Hospitals must fulfil the minimum registration standards for the category in which they operate. You can also file an RTI to find out if the hospital has the appropriate registration.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
Yes, you can, the unlicensed practice of medicine can land the medical provider in jail, and in the cross-hairs of a lawsuit if a patient is harmed. Each doctor practicing as a surgeon should have a valid registration. It requires a one-time registration for a location to be used as a hospital. The registration process must be handled by the state government that has enacted this legislation. Hospitals must meet the minimal requirements for registration in the category in which they fall. Also to know whether the hospital has the required registration you can file an RTI.
Thank you.
