Hi Sir/Madam,
I tried to get solve a dispute being as middle person at some extent it was successful and both the parties returned to their home and I too returned home but later one party lets call B hit party A and party A was admitted to hospital and party A registered complaint against party B. Later, party B registered counter complain from DM, CMO and DIG office and she mentioned my younger brother name who's is planning for UPSc preparation, may be B couldn't remember my name. But, B has given a completely false incident which never happened, as I got a report from local police station, a case is registered 107 and 116 Crpc. I have verbally spoke with SO, he assured me that no false complain will be accepted but I am unsure if they will really full fill their promise. So I want to know what is impact of 107and 116 crpc on UPSC service??

A.Hi,
Section 116 of the Indian Penal Code is what you're looking for. (a) A pays a bribe to B, a public worker, in exchange for B favoring A in the performance of B's official duties. The bribe is refused by B. This part punishes A, while the other section punishes abetment. There is a chance that you will face an obstacle if you have been convicted of the crime. During the stage of complaining, there would be no problem however, in the conviction stage it will be difficult.
Thank you.

A.Hi,
Section 116 in The Indian Penal Code. (a) A offers a bribe to B, a public servant, as a reward for showing A some favour in the exercise of B's official functions. B refuses to accept the bribe. A is punishable under this section and the other section is of abetment. If you have been convicted of the offence then there is a probability that there would be of impediment. In the complain stage there would be no problem however, in the conviction stage it will be difficult.
Thank you.
