Legal Notice Period

I am on 2 months notice period in my IT company after giving resignation from the company. Is it possible for the company to terminate me from the notice period without paying me anything on the basis on my performance or any reason

A.Hi,
You have the right to get paid for the work you have done. The rights and liabilities of the employer and employee depend upon the agreement you have signed. You can contact a lawyer for legal advice.
