I get calls and messages from strangers and an account is opened in moj from my mobile number.

Apart form the criminal content, section 46 IT provides for remedies against identity theft data theft hacking and virus attacks and financial frauds are covered under chapter IX ( section 43 to 45). The remedy is to take to the course of private complain in any court or writ under the high court.

You must report such suspicious activities in the police station. It would be suggested to register a compliant in the cyber branch of police department. They could help you with finding the person doing such suspicious activities in your name and calling you.

It would be suggested to report such activities on your name in the police station and also in the cyber crime branch of the police department. They could provide you with a better information regarding who is doing this and to take action against the person calling.
