Recovery on oral guarantee contract

I was sold my crop 6 months back to a broker who is completely unknown to me with the guarantee of a person who is completely knows to me without written contract.contract was done on oral in the front of two witnesses.now the broker refused to pay for the amount.the guarantee also refused to pay.can i recover money from the guarantee.please advise me.

A.Oral agreements are recognised by the law and you have all the right o invoke the terms the agreement but the only problem is that in case of dispute you will have to prove in the court through witnesses that there was an oral agreement.
