I filed transfer petition in supreme court and court has granted stay .lower order to extend the stay application otherwise stay will be vacate and given the case reference v“Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt.
Ltd & Anr. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation..is it applicable to supreme court stay order ... Is Supreme court stay order validity only for 6month..plz give me a advice

A.Hi,
yes, the stay order issued by the supreme court is valid only for a period of 6 months. extension would be granted only in exceptional basis. the case law referred to by the court is valid.
