My employer is not ready to pay my salary even after leaving the company. They Stop responding to my mails and messages. Should i send them legal notice or first i should reach to labour commissioner for the final settlement. Which approach will be better??
A.Dear Client,
If you work for a private company, you should not go to the labour commissioner because it is not within his jurisdiction. To get your money back from your prior company, you'll have to submit a legal notification to them.
Thank you!
