A.Dear Madam,
You may lodge a complaint with police under following Section of law and get back the same.
Section 406 in The Indian Penal Code
406. Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

A.Dear Client,
It is necessary for you to file a criminal complaint against your husband and mother-in-law for unlawfully withholding your Stridhan because it is a criminal breach of trust on their part u/s 406 of the IPC, and if they do not return your Stridhan, they will be punished with imprisonment for up to three years, a fine, or both.

A.It is necessary on your part to lodge complaint before the Criminal Court against your husband and Mother in Law for unlawfully withholding your Streedhan because it is Criminal Breach of Trust on their part u/s 406 of IPC and if they do not return your Streedhan, then they shall be punished with Imprisonment which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
