Income tax refunded and received IT notice under section 143 Income tax refunded and received IT notice under section 143

I am a salaried employee and my company closed abruptly. I had filed returns and got the refund as per my ITR during AY 2019-20.
Now I had received notice from IT for repayment of the refund tax amount with interest and penalty. I am looking for a solution to this problem. Please guide me as to how to fight this case and the grounds of appeal.

A.What is the reason mentioned for return of the refund by the IT department? Did they calculate it wrong or you calculated and filed a wrong return? Take all the details and consult a CA to get rid of this
