A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can apply and get new job and exists from present job after getting new job.

A.Hi,
It is recommended to issue notice prior to the serving notice period and then apply for the job. It may result in a tough situation if your notice for resignation is rejected. So, apply for a new job if you know your notice will be accepted.
