Salary not released by ex-employer Salary not released by ex-employer

I have recently left a company but served only 2 months notice period instead of 3 months. They are offering me payment after 1 month gross salary deduction while in the past they have deducted only basic salary from employees full and final settlement.
I want to send them a legal notice now.

A.Hi,
For sending a legal notice, you can contact a lawyer. The employer and the employee have to follow the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement deed and in case of any breach, the aggrieved party can move legally.
